Accurate Towing Service

I had two cars towed to this place. That's on me. But the customer service is definitely poor. They lacked good communication and over all I think they need to provide better customer service. (The guys who brought our cars our, just drove it to the exit area and walked away. He didn't say anything, like, here's the car, you can take it now. He just left the doors open and walked away. I had to wait since he didn't came back, then looked for him and asked if we could take the car. He said, YEAH, YOU CAN TAKE IT. 😮‍💨) Need to be more professional overall. They are at work. Shouldn't like they are in their house

This place was a disgrace to deal with . The driver marked my car as an impound when it was taken from the scene of an accident while I rode in an ambulance to the hospital . The girl Jess behind the counter tried sending me a bill for almost $800 and then sent me the correct one for half that amount !! I was being told because the car was towed in it had to be towed out . I paid my bill in full and then wanted me to pay them $100 to scrap my car which means in simple terms (someone to come and pay them money to take my car) . Sorry I wasn’t dumb enough to be scammed …. I had to reach out to police station to have a sergeant call them to be able to pick my car up without a row truck . The people in the office were rude and very inconsiderate . Run for the hills before you call this company.

My mother-in-law was in an accident. And her car was towed by accurate towing service and brought to their lot. They were above and beyond helpful to me to retrieve her belongings out of the car. They were the most compassionate caring and understanding of the situation I was going through with the insurance company telling a 74 year old lady that they were coming to get her car even though her belongings weren't out of them yet. I learned so much from Jeremy who explained everything to me along with the two women who work in the office who are so very helpful and compassionate towards me
